11th Annual BEE Positive Run & Walk

We’re beyond grateful for this community and excited to share that Year 11 will be extra special. This year marks Kayla’s golden birthday, and the run will take place on her actual birthday!

Be sure to keep an eye out for sign-ups in early 2026 for the 11th Annual Bee Positive Run & Walk, happening on January 31, 2026. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🐝💛

About The Foundation

The Kayla Bernardi Bee Positive Foundation was started after Kayla lost her battle to leukemia in 2015. As a family we choose to stay focused on the positive and make a difference in our community. Kayla's nickname was Busy Bee and so it was a natural name to attach to her foundation. We raise money to spread throughout the community in her foundations name. We hope that attaching a "Bee Positive" message inspired people beyond the monetary donation. Losing Kayla continues to pain us in a way that is indescribable, raising funds in her name inspires us to continue her legacy and "Bee Positive" even on the hardest of days.
